The Torquemaster PLUS / 7 ft high / Between 120 - 129lbs - Double spring set from Wayne Dalton is a heavy-duty replacement spring for their Torquemaster TMS garage door system. This specialty spring is exclusively manufactured by Wayne Dalton and is designed for their Torquemaster Plus TM3 TMII style spring system.

When ordering a replacement spring, it is crucial to know the height and weight of your garage door. The door height can be measured or found on the label on the metal spring tube. For doors between 6'6" - 7'5", the 7ft height should be selected, while for doors between 7'6" - 8'2", the 8ft height is recommended.

The most important factor when ordering a spring is the garage door's balance weight. Springs are specifically rated for a range of door weights, and this detail is required to ensure the correct spring replacement is received. The weight is typically listed on a label located on the metal tube, but if it's not available, a bathroom scale can be used to weigh the door. It's important to release all spring tension and ensure the cables are fully slack on both sides to get an accurate weight reading.
